I myself am fond of this little color picker/finder: http://www.helium.com/projects/color_finder.html
What I like about it (other than it was my idea) is that it helps you find colors in a way that doesn't presume you know what you are looking for. Also, I just really like using multi-dimensional parameter space browsers.
What I don't like about it is that it only works in IE...
